We work in partnership with clients leading and supporting both new and existing projects. We are flexible in the use of existing client standards, alternatively we can provide the appropriate structure and standards to assist in the delivery of a successful project.

Project Office: the Project Office is an essential facility in the delivery of any programme or project, ensuring co-ordination of the planning and reporting cycles, providing control and visibility. Our approach is to establish a Support Office, often at the client site, which provides the various planning and control functions.
