Our yield management product is specifically designed to maximise food and beverage sales and related profits.

We work with our clients, assisting them to manage their entire range of retail products, utilising an approach specifically developed to maximise profit. In achieving this, each client has at their command a mix of mathematical, economic and managerial tools.

Our yield management product includes the following modules:

Profit Maximisation: as each project is unique we work in partnership to ensure the stated objectives are achieved. Some of our clients have achieved upwards of 30% improvement of profit.

Dynamic Data Management: the Data Management module incorporates retail transaction data from each sales unit, down to EPOS level, and generates a complex matrix of product, outlet, sales and cost information. In order to ensure the most profitable recommendations for our clients this information is always up to date, making our product an invaluable asset.

Analysis & Optimisation: all details associated with a transaction are tracked and this forms the basis of an exceptionally powerful system. Product sales by unit, period and category are all visible, as are key profit ratios. Overlaid on this analysis are Market Sensitivity Factors and Demand Forecasting, which enables key sales and inherent sensitivity groups to be predicted and targeted.

Financial Reporting Suite: recommendations from the Analysis and Optimisation module are reported on in detail, such that the financial benefits are clear for all to see. We also monitor the Financial Recommendations such that the forecasting and optimisation logic is continually improved, thereby improving profitability.

Management Reporting Suite: executive reports detail the key benefits from the outset, examples of which include, Profit Uplift by Category, Top (n) products by % share, Bottom (n) products by % share, Profit & Volume reporting. In addition due to the inherent flexibility of the system any reporting requirements can be provided.

Multiple Language Distribution: our systems are designed such that they can be configured for use in any country, all screens and reports provided can be made available in any language.

Unit or Enterprise Functionality: our systems can be positioned at an Individual unit, Group, or Enterprise level. The Enterprise level facilitates Profit Improvement across the whole Organisation or Division giving significant scope for Profit Maximisation.
