The new service will

and complement the existing industry leading project management &
consultancy services.
Having a well designed
and easy to use website is a keystone for online success. However large
or small your site is taking the user's view throughout the design &
development stages of a project helps deliver maximum return on investment
for existing and new projects.
Oakton offer three
styles of website evaluation services:
Usability testing;
where a number of evaluators recruited from the
target customer base for the site undertake tasks on a 1to1 basis under
the guidance of an Oakton consultant. The results are evaluated against
industry standard metrics and can provide a benchmark for current usability
status.
Heuristic evaluation;
where the design and interface of the website is evaluated against
web & travel industry web design guidelines.
Expert review;
where Oakton consultants review both proposed or existing designs
using their experience & industry knowledge.
All evaluations will
include documented recommendations and presentation of these recommendations
to the client.
Evaluations can be
conducted as part of the design process or post delivery of a website.
They should form part of your ongoing analysis of your site and can help
you understand how your site is performing over time. Learn what will
turn those lookers into bookers !
